Greetings, Valley View Rotary family and friends!!!
Thank you for attending last week to hear my son Trenton Covert present his research on Norwegian History. There are two quotes I want to share this week as I reflect on his presentation:
"I am confident that the younger generation will emerge as the new vanguard of progress, unfettered by the prejudices and practices of tired, old traditions." - Martin Luther King Jr.
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." - Nelson Mandela
Speaking of our leaders of tomorrow, please join us this week at the Onalaska YMCA where we will host a graduation ceremony for 5 La Crosse Roads Seniors!
Speaking of Prom... Check out the photos of Earth and Gustaf all dressed up this past weekend... Earth Kateudomsup YE Year 2022-23 - Google Photos & Gustaf Bang YE Year 2022-23 - Google Photos. Do you have photos that capture fun memories that haven't been uploaded yet? Let me know if you need help adding photos, or you can send them to me, and I will add them.
