Greetings, Valley View Rotary family and friends!!!
Thank you to everyone that participated in our club assembly last week.
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." - Helen Keller
This quote captures the spirit of Rotary, and it speaks to the power of working collaboratively towards a common goal. It's a reminder that when we come together as a community, we can achieve incredible things and make a meaningful impact both locally and globally.
Please join us this week to hear from local educator and tennis extraordinaire, Paul Holmen as he shares with us how to "Play Catch for Good". His presentation will show us how playing catch can strengthen relationships and bring more joy into our lives.
See you Wednesday!
Mobile Meals Thank You
Thank you to everyone who volunteered for Mobile Meals last week. Your willingness to give your time and energy to help those we served on Route #5 is truly inspiring. It was amazing to see Valley View come together to make a difference in our community. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to service, and for being shining examples of Rotary's motto, 'Service Above Self'.

A Musical on the Life of Sr. Thea Bowman
There is an upcoming production about the life of Sister Thea Bowman, who was an African American nun who lived in the La Crosse area at the order of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. The play is entitled 'I Will Live until I Die.' It will be presented at Viterbo's Fine Arts Center on Thursday, March 30th at 7pm. The presentation is free to the public. A good-will donation of $20 is recommended.
The producer of this production, Valimar Jansen, would very much appreciate seeing you and your family and friends in attendance to enjoy hearing this wonderful story.
